The mission of the Mount Pleasant Music Ministry is to glorify God and encourage the body of Christ through songs, hymns and spiritual songs.
Our purpose is to set an atmosphere where the Spirit of God dwells freely in the service and to prepare the hearts of the congregation to hear the uncompromising Word of God.
Children’s Choir:
Ages 4 thru 12 – This energetic group of children ministers to the adult congregants primarily on fourth Sundays.
Teen Choir:
Ages 13 thru 18 – This group of young people sings age appropriate music to minister to its peer group and adults to draw the unchurched to Christ. They typically blend their voices alone with the Children’s choir on fourth Sundays to minister to the adult congregants.
Men’s Choir:
This choir provides an opportunity for men to sing and fellowship together. The choir ministers on a regular schedule and periodically travels with the pastor to church outings.
Adult Mass Choir:
This aggregation of adult singers is the premiere choir ministering on a regular schedule and at most church services and outings.
Praise Team:
Ministers at most Sunday worship services and bible study gatherings assisting to usher in the Spirit of the Lord through singing.
